Product Overview

The Optilab rRCVR-L is an integral part of two-way RF access networks, converting return-path optical signals into RF signals at the headend or remote hubs. The rRCVR-L is packaged into a 1RU to save space and provide a cost-effective solution for use in HFC, RFoG, PON, and deep fiber applications. The low-noise receiver design improves noise performance by 4 dB or more over typical return receivers. Low noise enables DOCSISĀ® 3.0 upstream bonding on PON architectures such as 20 Km and 32 splits. All receivers are temperature-hardened for installation in any network environment, including outside plant sites where temperatures are not controlled. Contact Optilab for more information.
