Product Warranty
Optilab offers the longest warranty in the industry--3 year limited parts and labor warranty--on most of our products. In the event that a product need to be returned for repairs or service, our customers can ship to our Phoenix location. The RMA request can be completed online at the RMA Self Service center; you will need to have two of the following available: invoice number, serial number, shipping zip code, or PO number.

Our support doesn't end when the product is delivered. Optilab will fully support and provide telephone access to our product engineers at no additional cost. Speak directly to the photonics professional, instead of a phone switch-board. Every product or solution comes with professional advice, industry-leading service and support.
