Optilab offers fast and friendly technical support to ensure the operation of your optical network link. Our office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Arizona Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Please feel free to email sales@optilab.com if you have any technical questions regarding our products or if you need a customized design for your system with specific specifications. In addition, we provide a 24 hour hotline service for customers with special requirements.

Optilab RMA Form

Optilab’s Return Merchandise Authorization Form allows customers to quickly and easily receive a refund, replacement, or repair and maintenance on any of the products bought through Optilab or OEQuest within the product’s 1 year warranty (extended warranties are also available). Once your form is received by Optilab, you will be emailed an RMA number and Optilab will do everything to assist you with all your RMA and product needs.
