The Optilab MD-20N-S Modulator Driver is a compact, user-friendly 20 GHz RF amplifier designed to provide high-quality, single-ended voltage for driving optical modulators. It is ideal for applications such as driving EML, EAM, and Mach-Zehnder devices, and can also function as a wideband RF amplifier with a usable bandwidth of up to 20 GHz. The module features an adjustable output of up to 24 dBm, making it suitable for a range of RF link applications. The MD-20N-S amplifies 20 Gb/s data input signals to drive levels exceeding 5 Vp-p. Its flat gain and group delay response ensure a high-quality, low-jitter electrical drive signal for digital applications.
